By using plantbaes.net you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, cookie policy, and disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
plantbaes.net publishes educational endurance-nutrition articles and calculators for plant-based marathon and half-marathon runners. It is not a clinic, a dietetic practice, or a shop. Outputs are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a meal prescription, or a substitute for a sports dietitian or physician. Read the disclaimer before you change fueling.
Using the tools
The tools exist so you can map meals and products onto our food and product tables. You must not:
- Attack, scrape at a volume that degrades the service, or attempt unauthorized access
- Feed the tools malware or content you do not have the right to send
- Present a tool result as medical advice, as Certified Vegan, or as our endorsement of a brand
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you live
We may rate-limit or refuse a request that looks like abuse. The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a given food or product row is still current when you race.
Intellectual property
Articles, tool copy, verification statuses, and the arrangement of the catalog are owned by the operator of plantbaes.net unless a credit says otherwise. You may link to any public page. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site, the tools, or the catalog as a competing product without written permission from info@plantbaes.net.
Product names and certifications belong to their owners. “Certified Vegan” is a third-party trademark. Our verification status is research, not a licence to use that mark.
Third-party services and ads
Links to manufacturers, papers, and other sites are for reference. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave. Advertisements, when shown, are served by Google AdSense and its partners and are covered by the privacy and cookie policies.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of plantbaes.net is not liable for injury, missed races, GI distress, losses, or damages that arise from using the site or relying on a number, status, or article. If a court finds that a limit cannot apply, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, while the site is free, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the effective date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
